shock absorbers faulty

i had to return a pair reconditioned front shock absorbers to bull motif spares due to them collapsing and have received no joy from bull motif spares. they are accusing me of tampering with them even though they were on the car for less than a fortnight. at the same time they are refusing to forward me a new pair or give me my money back, therefore i now have my a35 immobilised on my drive and no shock absorbers for exchange. is there anyone out there who can help me in the way of a second hand pair of shock absorbers as soon as possible as i am moving to the east coast next weekend to live and i need to drive my a35 to my new house.
