Which carb and manifold on a 1275?

Elements of this posting have been up before on another one, but i am still scratching my head!
I have an A3-0 AS4 with a 1275 Midget engine now fitted. Also fitted is a home made exhaust using a Mini Long Centre Branch exhaust manifold.
I need to fit a carb and inlet manifold.
I was planning to fit Midget twin carbs but they foul the bulkhead and throttle bar.
I bought a Weber twin choke complete with manifold from someone on here having been informed this would fit, but it doesn't as it fouls the exhaust manifold and throttle bar.
I have an inch and a quarter or inch and a half SU i could fit but no manifold apart from a simaese Morris 100 one i could cut up.
I rang Minispares and they said they couldn't help with an inlet manifold to fit either an inch and a quarter or inch and a half SU with two bolt fixing.
So i am stumped.
Can someone tell me what to fit to solve this problem?
